CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024: The first stage of the CISF Fireman selection process 2024 is the Physical Efficiency Test (PET)/ Physical Standard Test (PST). Those who are declared successful in the CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024 are shortlisted for the written exam. The CISF Fireman recruitment process will consist of a Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Physical Standard Test (PST), Written Examination, Document Verification (DV) and Medical Examination (DME/RME).
In brief, candidates have to clear a 5 km run in 24 minutes in PET. On the other hand, all the qualified candidates must meet the CISF Firemen height requirement of 170 cm in PST. CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024
All the registered candidates whose applications are provisionally accepted and found to be in order will be called to appear in the CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024. The CISF Fireman Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) will be conducted at various centres. Detailed scrutiny of the candidate’s eligibility/ documents will be conducted during document verification. Those who are found eligible on the Height Bar Test will undergo PET (Run) followed by biometric 10 registration (Left thumb impression (LTI) / Right thumb impression (RTI) /Fingers impression) before PST.
The verification of eligibility of aspirants for any relaxation i.e. age, height and chest measurement will be conducted after qualifying PET (Run) and before PST by PET/PST Boards. Relaxation in height and chest (as the case may be) for candidates other than those belonging to the ST category will be permissible only on the submission of the original certificate at the time of PET/PST in the prescribed format. ST candidates may avail of the relaxation benefits on the submission of valid original ST Certificates. Candidates who are declared successful in the CISF Fireman Height Bar Test & PET (Run) will be shortlisted for height, chest and weight tests by the Board of Officers. The CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024 in terms of Physical Standards for the post are as follows:

Note: Candidates who are declared not qualified in CISF Fireman Physical Standards i.e. height and chest may prefer an appeal on the same day, if they so desire, to the Appellate Authority nominated for the Centre through the Presiding Officer (PO). The decision of the Appellate Authority will be final and no further representation in this regard will be entertained thereafter. There is no appeal facility in PET (Run).

Documents Required for CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024
The following documents are required on the day of the CISF Fireman Physical Eligibility Test 2024 for verification purposes. Those who fail to bring any of the required documents will be disqualified from the further process. The list of documents is as follows.
- Matriculation & Senior Secondary Examination Certificates to prove age, name and educational qualification.
- Domicile Certificate/ Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) issued by the competent authority.
- Discharge Certificate & undertaking in the prescribed format.
- Caste Certificate (as applicable)
- Certificate from candidates who wish to avail relaxation in height/ chest measurement as prescribed.
- Certificate from District Collector/ District Magistrate in respect of dependent applicants of riot victims as mentioned in the Notification.
- Nativity/ Identity Certificate by West Pakistani Refugee in the format prescribed at the notice
- Two Passport size recent photograph of candidates and one photo bearing identification proof.
