Indian Bank Apprentice Salary 2024: The Indian Bank has released the Indian Bank Apprentice Salary per month along with the detailed advertisement on its official website. They have invited applications from the eligible candidates for the engagement of apprentices, under the Apprentices Act, 1961 and as per the Apprenticeship policy of the Bank. Candidates can apply for 1500 vacancies from 10.07.2024 to 31.07.2024. The selection of candidates will be done through written tests and language proficiency tests. Indian Bank Apprentice Salary Per Month

Indian Bank Apprentice Salary will be paid in the form of a stipend to the qualified candidates. Candidates posted in Metro/Urban Branches will receive a stipend of Rs 15000 per month whereas Rural/Semi-Urban Branches employees will receive Rs 12000 per month. Indian Bank Apprentice Salary Training Period

Along with Indian Bank Apprentice Salary, candidates must also be familiar with the training period. As per the official notification, there shall be 12 months of On-Job Training for the Indian Bank Apprentice post. Some rules of the training period are as follows:

• Apprentice shall be entitled to such holidays as are observed in the Bank.
• The apprentice shall be imparted On Job Training.
• An apprentice shall be entitled to One Casual Leave upon completing one month of Apprenticeship. No other type of leave is allowed for the Apprentices.
• Apprentices can take only 4 casual leaves at a time. Leave accumulated, if any will automatically get exhausted on termination/completion of the contract.
• The daily hours of training will be as applicable to the clerical staff of the Bank.
• No apprentice shall be allowed for overtime.

After completion of apprenticeship training, apprentices will have to undergo an assessment test covering both the theoretical part as well as the On-the-job training component. Theory assessment will be administered by the BFSI Sector Skill Council of India (BFSI SSC) and the Practical assessment will be held by the Bank. Subsequently, based on the marks obtained by the apprentices, an Apprenticeship Certificate jointly by Indian Bank-BFSI SSC will be awarded to the apprentices

Indian Bank Apprentice Salary Contract Terms

Along with Indian Bank Apprentice Salary per month, candidates must also be familiar with the contract terms. As per the official notification, the contract terms for the Indian Bank Apprentice post will be as follows.

• The apprenticeship training shall be deemed to have commenced from the training start date mentioned on the contract of apprenticeship
• The Apprenticeship contract shall be terminated, if the apprentice does not report at the Bank’s Training venue / Bank Branch on the date of commencement of On the Job training.
• The Apprenticeship contract shall automatically get terminated on the expiry of the period of Apprenticeship Training and no separate notice of termination of the contract will be issued by Bank.
• Bank or the Apprentice may make an application to the Apprenticeship Advisor for the termination of the contract prior to the completion of the Apprenticeship period stating clearly the reason for termination. When such an application is made, a copy of the same shall be sent by post to the other party.
• Apprenticeship Advisor may, by order in writing, terminate the contract, if he is satisfied that the apprentice or the Bank has failed to carry out the terms and conditions of the contract.
