UCO Bank Apprentice Salary Per Month

• A monthly stipend of Rs 15000/- (including subsidy amount if any by Govt. of India) shall be paid to the apprentice during the period of apprenticeship.
• The apprentices will not be eligible for any other allowances/ benefits.
• UCO bank will pay Rs 10,500/- into the apprentices’ account every month.
• The government Share of the stipend of Rs 4500/- will be directly credited to the apprentice’s Bank account through DBT mode as per extant guidelines

UCO Bank Apprentice Salary Terms

Along with the UCO Bank Apprentice Salary per month, candidates must also be familiar with some apprenticeship rules and regulations. As per the official notification, the guidelines for the UCO Bank Apprentice post will be as follows.

• The Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship either with UCO Bank or any other organization earlier or pursuing the Apprenticeship Training as per the Apprentices Act 1961 as amended from time to time. It is further clarified that any Apprentices terminated by the organisation where he/she was undergoing apprenticeship shall not be eligible to be considered.
• Candidates, who had training or job experience for one year or more after completing the education qualifications, shall not be eligible for being engaged as Apprentices.
• Every Apprentice undergoing apprenticeship training in our Bank shall be a trainee for all the purposes and not considered a worker or employee of the Bank as such the provisions of any law concerning labour shall not apply to or about such apprentice. He/She will not be entitled to receive any benefits which are available for the employees of the Bank.
• The apprentice shall have no right to claim employment in the Bank after completion of the training.
• The bank does not have any obligation to offer regular employment to the apprentice during or after the completion of the apprenticeship period.
• Candidates shall be relieved from their respective areas after the immediate completion of the apprenticeship period. The apprentices will have no right to claim regular employment in the bank based on the apprenticeship training undergone and such apprenticeship training will not cast any liability on the bank for providing any job to any such apprentice.
• Providing Transport/Hostel facility or any other form of residential accommodation during Apprentice training is not under the scope and the Bank is not liable for the same in whatsoever manner.
• Candidates selected for training will not be allowed to withdraw from training except for reasons which are beyond their control. Before commencement of the training, the candidates will have to execute a Contract of Apprenticeship.
• During the period of Apprenticeship, the selected Apprentices will be governed by the Apprentices Act, 1961 (as amended from time to time) and Bank policy/guidelines in this respect will be applicable mutus and mutent.
• The Apprentice contract shall automatically get terminated on the expiry of the period of Apprenticeship Training and no separate notice of termination of the contract will be issued by Bank.
• The Apprenticeship contract shall be terminated if the apprentice does not report at the Bank‟s Training venue on the date of commencement of on-the-job training without any notice, cost or compensation thereof.
